Scan the code or search "Lufitcode" in Google player / Huawei store. 2. Install the Lufitcode app. Note: 1. Please swipe down the watch and make sure there is no bluetooth connection logo on the watch, which means this watch doesnot connect. 2. If you bound before and needs reinstall app, please firstly make sure there is no bluetooth connection logo on the watch, if you can see bluetooth connection logo, please go to Bluetooth settings---ignore "SmartWatch" first to make it disconnect (Important) or else your smartphone may not find watch again. Step two: Add Device 1. Open Lufitcode ---Device ---ADD DEVICE. 2. Swipe down your smartphone and open Bluetooth and Location APP. 3. Add Device--Connect the "SmartWatch" with series No, which is partly same as your watch code. (Swipe down watch face and click "Settings"---About---unique watch code) Note: Please donot connect "SmartWatch" from Phone's Bluetooth settings, if so it may cause disconnection or inproper faulty for watch. Step three: Background Running Permission Settings (ALL IMPORTANT) 1.Opening background operation permissions--OK. 2.Ignore battery optimizations-Allow. 3.Keep run in background: Phone Settings---Applications ---App Launch ---Ignore Auto-Launch, select "Run in Background". 4.Background application---Auto run app--Turn on; or select Keep app running in background / Never stop folders. 5.Always Allow Lufitcode to access those: photos,media and files,camera and record video, make and manage phone calls,device information permissions,read phone call logs,contacts. (Important) 6.Notification access--allow Lufitcode. Step four: Connect Call Watch 1. Firstly, confirm the bluetooth is connected. 2. Swipe upward on dial screen to "Call Pairing" interface. 3. Watch will start Bluetooth broadcast for 60 seconds. 4. Open phone's "System Settings"---"Bluetooth setting"---tap on "Call Watch" to connect. 5. Watch will show "Pairing successful". Notes: Once paird, the Call Watch status in phone's Bluetooth setting will show as disconnected, but it will resume connection automatically upon incoming/out going calls. 6. Open the Lufitcode app ---"Device"---"Frequent contacts"---select contacts from your phone, the app will sync contacts to the watch, and then you can make calls from watch. Notes: For incoming calls, the watch will postpone display answer dial in 2 seconds. What if the App cannot discover my bluetooth smartwatch? Confirm that your device is running Android 5.0, iOS 10.0 or later, with Bluetooth 4.0 or above support. GPS should be turned on for devices running Android 6.0 or above. The watch should be placed close to your phone, and make sure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. Make sure that you scan the watch in the App. Q2. What if my watch fails to connect to the App? Restart your phone's Bluetooth or your phone. Check if the watch is connected, reset watch if not. Check if the downloaded app name is correct. Uninstall and then reinstall the App, and retry scan. Reinstalled app's data in Android system will be auto cleared, and its app background running permission should be set again.Grant the app permissions in the app prompts to make sure the App runs stably. The following permissions are required: For Android system, turn on autostart permission in the System Settings or Mobile Butler or Security Center. Add the App to whitelist. Turn off battery optimization for the App. Some devices need to turn off battery saver. Q3. Why can't I use the Bluetooth Call function in the watch? The watch connection is divided into App connection and Bluetooth call connection. Both should be connected properly to enable Bluetooth Call function. Swipe down the watch dial to see the App Connection mark. The watch's call pairing option should show as paired. Check the phone's System Settings > Bluetooth to see if the Call Watch is paired. Bluetooth Call function only supports answering incoming calls or dialing frequent contacts via the watch, but does not support music playback or other voice modes. The Call Watch connection is normally off and only becomes active upon incoming calls or dialing. ( Note: Bluetooth Call mode will lower the battery life.)
